Your Appointment: Your appointment ensures a notary agent (and witnesses if needed) will come to your preferred location for the signing. By scheduling with us, you confirm that all required conditions will be met. If any conditions are unmet, we will kindly request to reschedule the appointment when they can be fulfilled."

Each signer must have a physical government-issued identification at the time of the signing appointment
Each signer must sign of their own free will
Each signer must be present before the notary, alert/coherent at the time of the signing

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We understand the importance of your time and have reserved your appointment exclusively. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for a minimum 24-hour notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours notice will not be eligible for a refund and will require scheduling a new appointment.

Refund Policy: Cancellation/Rescheduling: Refunds are issued if appointments are canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance and will be processed within 48-72 hours. Notarization Issues: No refunds will be provided if we are unable to complete notarization due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., signer's awareness, identification, tardiness, absence, refusal to sign, etc.). Terms and Conditions: Payment secures your appointment. Please allow a 30-60 minute window for arrival to accommodate unexpected travel conditions. In the event of a delay, you will be promptly notified by text or call. We strive to provide exceptional service and have a strong track record of timely arrivals.
